EN: We offer a comfortable, fully furnished room for rent in Radogoszcz, just a few tram stops from Manufaktura. The entire 450 m² house at Tarninowa 1 is dedicated to rental.The house has 4 floors, each with 6 single rooms. It is fully equipped with all necessary appliances for living, featuring mechanical ventilation and a recuperation system for excellent air circulation. Central heating and hot water are provided. Each floor functions as a separate 110 m² apartment with a private entrance from the staircase. Each apartment includes two bathrooms. The house is located in a secure, fenced area with common areas monitored by cameras. All rooms have been specially renovated and adapted for our tenants. Free WiFi is available throughout the house.

8. PROFESSIONAL RENTAL SERVICE Rooms are rented by a company. We provide contracts, receipts, or VAT invoices as standard. We respect every tenant’s privacy and base our rentals on trust and good relationships.
9. COSTS A refundable deposit of 1500 PLN is required. Utility costs (heating, electricity, water, gas, etc.) are fixed at 300 PLN per month. This is a consistent rate throughout the rental period, with no additional charges or surprises in the bills.
