RENOVATED ROOM: The room is located in a 7-bedroom apartment that has undergone renovation. The interior is fresh, functional, and fully prepared for a new tenant.

COMFORT AND PRIVACY: The room is situated on the lower ground level, providing excellent sound insulation and maintaining a steady, comfortable temperature throughout the year. The room features a window, allowing natural light inside, while modern mechanical ventilation ensures a constant supply of fresh air. The apartment is owner-free, and the room is lockable.

EQUIPMENT: The room is fully furnished: a single bed, a spacious wardrobe, a desk, a chair, and a shelving unit. Please note that bedding is not provided and must be brought by the tenant for hygiene reasons.

PAYMENTS:

RULES: All fees for utilities and administrative costs are settled as a fixed lump sum, so you always know how much you will pay! All formalities must be settled before moving in.
