PRIVACY: The apartment has a completely private entrance – stairs lead exclusively to this unit. The apartment is lockable, and the bedroom is a separate, closable room, guaranteeing full security and privacy.

EQUIPMENT: A large double bed with a mattress in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Please note that bedding is not provided and must be brought by the tenant for hygiene reasons. The equipment also includes a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, cabinets, shelves, a table with chairs, and floor and hanging lamps.
