ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

RENOVATED STUDIO: Practical, well-planned, and furnished in a modern style to ensure full comfort. The interior is bright, functional, and fully prepared for the new tenant.

PRIVACY: The entrance to the studio leads from an internal hallway, providing additional sound insulation. The studio is lockable, guaranteeing complete security and privacy.

EQUIPMENT: The studio is fully furnished: a comfortable double bed with a mattress, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers, cabinets, a table, and chairs. Please note that bedding is not provided and must be brought by the tenant for hygiene reasons.

INTERNET: We provide WiFi access for those interested. The service is fully optional and available for 120 PLN per month.

SECOND PERSON: The cost for a second person is 300 PLN/month (please add this amount to the rent).

PETS: Pets are negotiable.

KITCHEN AND BATHROOM:

KITCHEN: Private kitchenette for the exclusive use of the tenant, fully equipped: washing machine, electric stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, and necessary kitchen accessories (pots, cutlery, glasses, plates).
